Can someone tell me where to get Unix sources for BibTex 0.98?
It must be able to compile on a DECstation 3100 under Ultrix 4.0.
As far as I can see, all of the standard places to look (labrea.stanford.edu, 
june.cs.washington.edu, sun.soe.clarkson.edu, ymir.claremont.edu, etc.)
have style files for 0.98 and 0.99, but sources only for 0.99.
