	We've been using the old beta Flex under VMS for some time, and are trying
to upgrade to Flex 2.3.6.  Our current Flex executable does not handle
the new flex spec which we need to process in order to bootstrap 2.3.6.
Anybody out there using recent VMS executables of Flex?  Hints?
