I have a friend in West Hollywood who's getting a modem for his PC, and
wants to have access to USENET news.  Are there any free public-access
USENET sites in the 213 area code?  I don't think he'll spend much time
reading news -- he'd mostly be interested in a couple of the rec and
alt groups.
