reference Future Domain - stay away --

We at one time used FD boards in our boxes - and besides
poor technical support, doggy throughput, and lack to a 16
bit transfer path - the boards (that we were buying) appeared
to die over a period of 12-18 months..   Finally, we replaced
all the FD boards with Adaptec 1542 controllers and haven't had any
problems since.
