When I do a: 
 xmkmf
 make Makefile
 make all

I often get:

Make:  Don't know how to make -lXext.

Can someone tell me how to fix this?  Is it the ultrix.config file,
or the Ultrix Make?

We are running MITs X11R4 on DEC 5000 under Ultrix 4.1.
