Dear John Vlissides and/or InterViews/Unidraw developers

	Once upon a time John Vlissides' dissertation on Generalized 
Graphical Object Editing was online and publicly available on the
InterViews machine. I gathered it up and spooled to my favorite duplexing
imagen postscript printer and had a copy.. except somehow I screwed up..
I am missing pages 9-12. Is there any way to get these missing pages or
the dissertation itself?
