Someone else already mentioned this but... OS/2 1.2 and newer supports 'installable' file systems. If a new media comes along (like CD-ROM), write your own file system and stick it on OS/2 yourself. re: OS/2 is easy for developers and hard for users Yes. OS/2 is a great development environment simply because it is multitasking. Windows doesn't cut it as a multitasker. If you are a developer of software that is DOS/Windows based, OS/2 is your system.
