I appologize for asking what I think is a simple question, but I can't seem to
get the Project Manager to start in an opened state, when starting up windows.
It always starts minimized to an icon. I've looked through the .ini files, including progman.ini, and tried fiddling with a few parameters in progman.ini, but
with no luck. Are the parameters which exist in progman.ini documented anywhere?
