Corp., Dayton, Ohio Lines: 24 OK.... here's the question of the day.... I have a Windows 3.0 Communcations package I am writing and I need to hang the modem up after the communications session has ended. Using a MultiTech 9600 Baud v.32 modem I get the attention of the modem by sending three plus signs and then an "ATH0" and the connection is terminated. The problem: When I use a normal 2400 baud modem to make the connection, I still get the modems attention, but when I send the modem the "ATH0" I get no response from the modem and the line does not hang up. Side light: Does anyone know how to drop DTR on a com port in Windows???? Any help is appreciated very much.....
