I've been trying to get xloadimage to display an image on an X terminal
that is a "GreyScale" display (not PseudoColor).  xloadimage works fine
for Xsun connected to a grey monitor (PseudoColor) and it works fine.

Has anybody else run into and/or solved this problem?

P.S. The Xsun server is running on an IPC with a greyscale monitor
  running mit Xsun, patch level 18 plus a multi-frame-buffer of my own.
  The X terminal that is giving me trouble is a tekeXpress XP23.
