I am trying to compile MIT X11R4 on a DECstation 3100 running Ultrix 4.1.
I am getting the following errors in my /usr/lib/X11/xdm/xdmerrors file, and
text and the mouse pointer don't show up in my xterms.  It seems that it is
writing white text on a white background.

Warning: Color name "XtDefaultForeground" is not defined in server database
Warning: Color name "XtDefaultBackground" is not defined in server database

Please suggest how I can fix this.  I used the default configurations for a
DECstation.  I had to make some links in /usr/include/machine and fix one
problem in mit/clients/xterm/main.c, but I don't think they could cause this.
I would appreciate whatever you can suggest.  Please respond by email to me.

Below are the links I made.  The only one I worried about was linking
dc7085cons.h to dc7085reg.h.
