The name of the file is SYS$LOGIN:DECW$XDEFAULTS.DAT.  (The corresponding
equivalent to .mwmrc is SYS$LOGIN:DECW$MWMRC.DAT.)  (SYS$LOGIN is the
VMS logical corresponding to the Unix HOME environment variable.)
