Maybe it's a good idea to put this text in the 'explist' file,
so that people are warned after they start editing it.
In this simple way you can prevent some of the expire problems
showing up.  Just put in a short notice.  In the meantime,
do it for the sake of people that come to administer the
news system after you will have been doing so.
