I've found many, many recipes that use cocoa and various forms of
chocolate, but I've never found any recipes that tell one how to make
chocolate candy from the basic ingredients of cocoa, cocoa butter,
sugar, vanilla, etc.

Please post a chocolate candy recipe if you know of one.
