Well, I got a catalog from Zentech, Inc... Purveyors of High tech new age...

They're selling devices for $300 - $700 which do nothing more than zap your
eyelids with LED's... I built a thing which does the same, but for $3. 
But the important thing here is that they claim that a flashing LED at the
right frequency will tune your brain to that freq., and your mental state
will change.  I am doing informal work on the subject, will report soon...
