Can someone direct me to a source for information on scanning radio
receivers (i.e. frequency lists, hardware modifications, etc.)? Is
there an anonymous ftp site with this sort of thing? Apolgies since this
probably isn't the correct newsgroup, but the only other group I could
think to try was rec.ham-radio, which my newsreader seem to think is a
"bogus" group.
