Either it is a crank, or some amoung use are very good at suppressing any
outbreaks of blueprints,  etc.   More and more the later appears to be the case
these days in my eyes, but only because of a few impresive outside events.
What would happen if I went on the road with a device and for copying
costs handed out the blueprints? 

Anyone know?
