I worked on the crystallographic problems of viruses, proteins and also small molecules. I am particularly interested in the computational aspects with interests in molecular replace- ment, noncrystallographic symmetry and phase problem. I am also interested in the areas of protein structure predictions, molecular evolution, structural similarities and the like. I like developing new algorithms and software for my research in ForTran. I will be most useful in a large environment where scientists with different backgrounds coexist. My research experience goes back to several years reflected by a number of publications. Senior to middle level positions will be most suitable for my training and background. Discussions are most welcome and kind regards in the interim. - J. K. Mohana Rao (Rao@NCIFCRF.Gov)
