Please excuse me for any breaches of netiquette regarding advertising of
commercial products in this posting.

I have received several requests for information regarding the Co-Cam
Service Request Register.  This is a system that was originally designed
for in-house use.  We have yet not developed it yet to the point where we
feel it is ready for sale, although it's use in-house is of great value.
We expect to be ready to release this product in about 6 months.

The posting that got to the net originally was a transcript of an E-mail
message I posted to a request for information.  Please don't flame, I wasn't
trying to sell it.

If anybody wishes to discuss how we go about tracking bugs
(and enhancements)...  Follow-ups go to comp.bugs.misc
