I want to connect his Sun OS box to a PC for simple rcp file xfers. My current understanding is that I can: 1. connect a 10baseT transciever to his d15 ethernet connector, 2. add a 10baseT ethernet card and appropriate software to his PC, 3. connect the xcvr to the card with 10baseT wiring, 4. do some configuration and go. Does this sound like it would work? Also, does anyone know of vendors for the ftp tcp/ip software products? I am assuming I won't have to pay list for them if I get them from someone other than ftp directly. Please email responses, thanks. doug ----------- Doug Luecke doug@iex.com IEX Corporation uunet!iex!doug Plano, TX 214/612-2600
