I hope someone can answer my questions ...

I am running Jove v4.14 on my IBM PC's.  The program works great, but I 
cannot figure out from experimentation or the manual how to configure Jove 
and/or the environment so that the jove.rc file is executed every time from 
any subdirectory.  It will get executed if I execute Jove from it's 
directory, but nowhere else.
