Subject: How do I bind function keys in Jove?

How do you bind the function keys (f/shifted/alt/control) to functions?  
When I press F2 for instance, I get the reply "[ < unbound]".  Does Jove 
need to know somehow through an environment variable the function key 
exist?

Please help...
