Hi.  As an avid reader of this newsgroup (and almost no others) I would very
much like to see a comp.graphics.research.  I spend so much time reading want
ads for image conversion utilities I am tempted to become very selective in
my readings and possibly miss something I can help somebody with or gain new
insights about.  Being relatively ignorant about the managerial aspects of
usenet, how does one form new newsgroups?  how can I help?
