User input would range from selecting and dragging objects on the screen to crude sketching (finger painting or using a stylus). I would appreciate information or experience you could share in this area. Particularly: o Names and contacts for touch screen vendors o Drivers and software for using touch screens with X11 and SunView on Sun 3's and Sparcs o What to consider or avoid in various technologies o What to expect... particularly if there are any technologies or tools that manage to get past the problems big finger tips, screen paralax, and so forth. Thanks in advance! Ken schroder@bbn.com -- Ken Schroder schroder@bbn.com 617-873-3167
