Does anyone know how to convert from  the classical tek4014 plot codes
to PostScript?

For example, suppose I have a program called "foo" that generates
plots on a tek4014 terminal and now I want hard copy on my PostScript
printer (or, better, I want to generate Encapsulated PostScript for
inclusion in a document).  I want to do something like
"foo | tek2ps | lpr" or "foo | tekps > foo.ps".
