Let me re-iterate: The tutorial does not belong to me, but to 
the company which paid me an hourly rate to write it.   It is not 
"being considered for publication", and its form and content are 
not suitable for publication as a book.  But, as I stated, the 
possibility of making it more widely available is under 
discussion within that company.   

I would receive no material benefit from its wider distribution. 
It does not carry my by-line.   This is fine with me, because 
even though some people have found it beneficial and I have been 
commended for it, it is still short of my highest standards of 
expository writing.
