Try Trident Systems, Inc.  They've got capacitive, surface acoustic wave, and
resistive touchscreens.  The price ranges from ~$700 to ~$1400 depending on
the size (13", 16", or 19"), touchscreen types and software drivers.  They
do support various workstations such as Sun, DEC (VMS & DecWindow), IBM AIX,
Motorola Delta Series Workstations, and PCs running SCO, Interactive, or 
AT&T UNIX and X Windows environments.  A Tektronix Tech Support engineer
has told me that the touch screens are also available on the Tek X terminals.
