HELP! I need some public-domain (shareware, copylefted) software to 
do color bitmap manipulation on a mac. Specifically, I need something
to allow colormap manipulation (turn all black in image to white, for 
instance). Needs to work on a commonly used format like PICT. Anyone
know of anything? Something on uunet?
