Does anyone have an idea of where we can get CCITT Standard test image
sequences?  Some of the names that I've seen in Journals are:

Claire
Miss America
Trevor White
Split Screen
Table Tennis
Flower Garden
Head
Diva
Alexis
Kiel (Harbor??)

We would very much like to find a way to get these images.  Does anyone
know where they can be obtained/ordered from?  Or, any information about
how image format, size, how they were digitized.  Any information about 
these image sequences (or others) would be most appreciated.  Please reply
to me, and I'll post a summary.
