Is there a utility like unc++ for C++ 2.x?
unc++ is a utility which de-munges the global symbol table in a C++ 1.2 a.out.
It made debugging  C++ 1.2 programs with standard dbx a little nicer.
I'm working with Saber C++ which is based on AT&T cfront and would like to use
/usr/ucb/dbx as supplied by SunOS 4.x.
