Message-ID: <1991May1.224241.5279@agate.berkeley.edu> Date: 1 May 91 22:42:41 GMT Sender: root@agate.berkeley.edu (Charlie Root) Organization: University of California, Berkeley Lines: 14 Originator: jdonovan@garnet.berkeley.edu I'm sorry if this isn't a pure FORTRAN question, but I haven't gotten very far elsewhere. We have a large FORTRAN program to perform 2D FFT's and other imaging tasks and need to import scanned film images from an HP ScanJet. Does anyone have source code to import the pixel color values from PCX or TIFF files (16 or 256 greyscales) into an INTEGER array from FORTRAN? We are using Microsoft FORTRAN right now if that makes a difference, although we do have Microsoft Assembler also, if that's how it has to be done. Thank-you. Please post or e-mail. -- | JOHN J.
