Just a quick note to thank you all for helping me find a copy of the
FAQ and to help cure my vmh problem.

I have posted a reply to a similar query on the vhm problem and give
details of my findings there.

All I need know is to learn how to use it.  Does anyone know if the
book has been published over here yet?
