A friend in the Culver City area of Los Angeles wishes to purchase a
new AT or higher class system if a used one can't be found.  Since
neither she nor I know the reputations of any LA area PC dealers, we
would like recommendations.  Her criteria are:

    - competitive price, not necessarily lowest with good reputation
    - good reputation for quality and warrantee service and fairness
    - no mail order
    - prefer local dealer but will consider others as far away as
      Irvine
