There is a healthy competitive market in online services, ranging from the big boys to USENET to thousands of local BBSs. The main thing covered by existing statute is the privacy of E-mail. I doubt any of the big services are reading E-mail of the users. They have all, to the best of my knowledge, explicitly stated that they don't. -- Brad Templeton, ClariNet Communications Corp. -- Waterloo, Ontario 519/884-7473
