However, in comp.risks (Vol. 11, Issue 59) Mary Culnan (mculnan@georgetown.edu) presents what may be the real privacy concern with Prodigy. In her post, she notes that Prodigy recently ran an ad in DM News (a weekly newletter for direct marketers) extoling the virtues of it's on-line direct marketing ability and the availability of it's subscriber's demographic information.
