Yes. Inspec, run by the IEE and loosely affiliated with the IEEE in this country, does the trick. It is available through many online services such as Dialog. I personally use Knowledge Index, available evenings/nights/wkends for $24/hr. Features access to Eng. Index, Inspec, Medline, 30+ more dbases. Anybody know of a cheaper access?
