Anyway, ... I would like to know who is the controlling body of the whole netland, if there is such a thing. Also, what is the relationship between USENET, UUNET, ARPANET, UUCP, and INTERNET. I would appreciate it if anybody could explain whether each of them is a generic name or commercial name; and if it is a communication network as such or a company.
