Due to the three column format of the attendee lists, the database in
the conference office is set up to accept only 25 characters for the 
email addresses.  For the address to be longer, something special has
to be done by the person who formats the list.  This has obviously been
done on-site at the conferences on occasion, but is not as a rule an
option.
