Due to time constraints, I am no longer able to do an effective job of
moderating comp.binaries.os2.  I have requested resumes from the readers of
comp.binaries.os2, and subsequently discussed various moderation arrangements
with the interested people.  What we have arrived at is a team approach, with
Michael Kretzer as the chief moderator:

    comp.binaries.os2 moderator:
