I need to create a new type of button for use in a dialog box.  The
button's behaviour would be exactly like an auto-radiobutton, but the
appearance would be different.  I'm not sure of the best way to set
about this.  For various reasons, I would prefer to put any special
handling inside my button procedures rather than inside the dialog
procedure.

Any suggestions?
