	I have a problem.

	I have Smalltalk V/PM but I do not have the OS/2 SDK

	I want to be able to design Dialogs for V/PM but do not
	want to buy the OS/2 SDK (yet).

	In the meantime, is there anyway I can manually create
	dialog resources to use with V/PM?  Or, is there any
	way I can use the Windows SDK to do this ?
