San Jose, California Lines: 23 Sorry if this is a FAQ, but does anyone know how to program the Canon BJ-10E printer in high-resolution graphics (360x360) mode? What I need are the escape sequences and their interpretation, since the manual provided doesn't say a whole lot. In particular: 1) What should the line height be? What escape sequence should I use to set it? 2) How many vertical dots can be written at a time, and in what order do the bytes appear? If I can write more than 8 bits at a time, is the first byte per column the top or the bottom? I have a 9-pin printer but it prefers to print graphics 8 bits at a time, so I'm not sure how to extend that. E-mail or posting is fine. I can summarize if requested. Thanks!
