Is this the best newsgroup for this question?

US documentation assumes American quarto printer paper.  True?
Quarto is obsolete in Australia: we can only buy A4.

As many readers are non-US residents, can THEY tell me the best
way to go about printing US program docs, so that all the page
numbers and form-feeds are in the right places?
