I just installed Shiva TeleBridges with Hayes V96 Ultra modems through voice
lines.  Worked quite well.  Buy them, put them in closets, and keep them up
and running.  If you want, I believe the connection can be allowed to timeout
and then anyone on the net can reconnect through a CDEV.
