Running the vt client on my machine (A SPARCstation 1, SunOS 4.1) causes
tsapd to exit abruptly.  Sometimes this happens when the vt connection
is closed; usually, it happens as the connection is opened.  None of the
debuggers on my machine can seem to deal with tsapd -- in fact, dbx dumps
core itself when trying to read the symbols.  Is this a known problem?
