F.410 also defines some transit times for relaying domains: Grade of delivery 95% Transitted before Urgent 0.45 hours Normal 2.5 hours Non-urgent 14.5 hours Since intercommunication with PRMDs is not included in these times, you should read these numbers to be measured from the transfer-in point to the transfer-out point if PRMDs are involved on both ends of the chain. CCITT does not allow PRMDs to be relays between ADMDs, so you should be able to measure the time in a pure ADMD setting. Alas, we do not have QOS requirements on PRMDs. ....Erik.
