Taking a quick look at the PCNFSD code just posted, I'm led to ask the
following question:  is this the protocol which ftp Software uses in its
Interdrive DOS NFS client, which someone has requested support for in
SOSS?

If so, my guess is it wouldn't be too hard to combine PCNFSD and SOSS.
(The hardest part may just be converting it to large-model instead of
small-model, because SOSS is just plain *out* of room in small-model.)

I might be interested in taking this on myself, if supplied with a legal
copy of PC-NFS.  If there are any SOSS users out there who are running
PC-NFS against it, I'd like to correspond.
