Read the file LOCALTLK.NOT from the packet driver distribution carefully.
The Clarkson LocalTalk packet driver is a class 5 (AppleTalk) driver only.
Many TCP/IP software packages for the PC, including NCSA Telnet and Clarkson's
CUTCP, do not support any classes other than class 1 (DIX Ethernet).  There's
a modified version of Phil Karn's ka9q mentioned in LOCALTLK.NOT that supports
class 5, but being at a commercial site, you'd have to arrange for permission
to use it.
