ka9q/nos will do the job for you:
 ka9q is free to universities and HAMS.  The latest version
is on thumper.bellcore.com for anonymous ftp and the packet drivers
are on sun.soe.clarkson.edu in the ka9q directory.
G1EMM is avalable for anonymous FTP from:
         Thumper.BELLCORE.Com:/pub/ka9q/g1emm/kh113016.exe (executable)
         Thumper.BELLCORE.Com:/pub/ka9q/g1emm/kh113016.zip (sources)
g1emm is a modified version of nos
nos should be in /pub/ka9q/nos
