I'm seriously thinking of trying to stick Dennis's line discipline into
a non-BSD machine ... in looking at it, it doesn't look too bad but I
noticed that the file clk.h is missing.

Has anyone other than Dennis successfully put this thing into a BSD
machine or anything else ?
